Our Installation Process
Every Hawthorne installation starts with a free in-home measurement. We handle furniture-moving options, old-carpet tear-out and haul-away, subfloor prep, and power-stretched installation with properly seamed transitions — then finish with a walkthrough so you’re happy before we leave.
Choosing the Right Carpet
Installation quality matters most when the material is right. We help Hawthorne homeowners weigh fiber types, pile styles, and padding from Stainmaster, Mohawk, and Shaw — with samples you can see in your own rooms.
Timelines and Scheduling
Most single rooms install in a day; whole homes typically run one to three days. With in-stock carpet at our Gardena warehouse, Hawthorne projects on tight timelines — move-ins, listings, rentals — often start within days.
Why Hawthorne Chooses American Carpet
Family-run since 1981 with a 4.9-star Google rating, we serve Hawthorne — from Holly Glen to Del Aire — with free in-home consultations, and our Gardena warehouse is a short drive down Rosecrans. One local team from selection through installation.
